A bowl of smoothie goodness


Smoothie bowls are always so pretty!

Cranberry raspberry and rose water smoothie bowl topped with wild strawberries, red currants, dragon fruit and edible roses.

 For the smoothie base: 1/2 cup frozen cranberries A handful of frozen raspberries 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional for the extra nutrients and to stay full until lunch time - put those first in the blender so they become flour) 1/2 tablespoon rose water 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)

 Blend and top with any topping you like.
