Recipe:
70 g oats,
350 ml almond milk 15-20 xylitol,
10 g vegan vanilla protein or 1/4 tsp ground vanilla,
1.5 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 tsp maca powder,
1/2 tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp ground psyllium husks (optional).
Place all of the ingredients into a pan and heat it. Let simmer until the oats become soft. Enjoy with fruit and nut butter
