Pan Fried Chicken
My Italian Zest seasoning is excellent and easily applied to pan fried chicken. Try this easy recipe and plate your chicken over rice, quinoa, pasta, or your favorite salad

Ingredients:
6 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs (about 2 1/4 pounds)
1 tablespoon - butter or olive oil
1/2 tablespoon - FlavorGod Italian zest

Directions:
🔸Preheat oven to 475° Fahrenheit. 🔸Season chicken. Heat oil in a 12" heavy nonstick skillet or cast iron over high heat until hot but not smoking. Place chicken in skillet, skin side down, and cook 2 minutes.
🔸Reduce heat to medium-high; continue cooking skin side down, occasionally rearranging chicken thighs and rotating pan to evenly distribute heat, skin is golden brown, about 12 minutes.
🔸Transfer skillet to oven and cook 13 more minutes. Flip chicken; continue cooking until skin crisps and meat is cooked through, about 5 minutes longer.
🔸Pull chicken out of oven season with Italian Zest Seasoning and let rest for 5 minutes.
