Almond Butter Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients:
-1 cup oat flour (grind oats into flour)
-pinch of salt -pinch of baking soda
-1/3 cup coconut palm sugar
-1 tbsp agave nectar
-1/4 cup almond milk
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-1/3 cup cacao nibs
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-6 seperate tsp almond butter

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix. Scoop a heaped tbsp of batter and place onto lined baking sheet. Spread apart with your fingers into a large thin disk. Place 1 tsp of almond butter in center. Fold up the sides to the middle and press to make sure it's closed. It looks like a cookie dumpling. Repeat and make 6 cookies. Bake for 15 min at 350'.
