Baked Healthy Fries
Ingredients
3 baking potatoes, peel and cut.
2 tablespoons
extra virgin coconut oil, melted
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1.5 tsp dry parsley
Fresh ground black pepper
Salt
Directions
1.Heat oven at 400 degrees.
2. Season the potatoes in a bowl with all the ingredients and place on parchment paper, leaving some space between.
3. Bake on 400 degrees for 25-30 min or until golden. Serve with you favorite dip.
